I focus on acquiring undervalued residential properties and improving them through targeted refurbishments for immediate sale and return for cash ready investors. 

For portfolio building, I look for properties in prime investment areas suitable for refinancing to release capital. This strategy is called Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Refinance (BRRR) which is a well established strategy for creating a long term property portfolio. 

I work with trusted partners which enables me to provide an end-to-end service, from property sourcing to tenant Insitu, or completion at the point of sale.

If you are an investor with projects already in the build stage I can offer development monitoring services for any size projects up to large scale capital works.

I am a construction professional turned property investment consultant with over 20 years' experience across architecture, project 

management, and development monitoring. From delivering defence infrastructure projects at national scale to securing a patent for a load-carrying innovation, I’ve built a career on practical expertise, strategic oversight, and creative problem-solving.

After a period of personal reinvention, including homeschooling, product design, and hands-on renovation , I founded Property Consultecon Ltd in 2025 to help others invest wisely in property. I now bring together construction rigour, investor insight, and an eye for long-term value.
