We focus on acquiring undervalued residential properties and improving them through targeted refurbishments for immediate sale and return for cash ready investors.
We look for properties in prime investment areas suitable for refinancing to release capital. This strategy is called Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Refinance (BRRR) which is a well established strategy for creating a long term property portfolio.
We work with trusted partners which enables us to provide an end-to-end service, from property sourcing to tenant Insitu, or completion at the point of sale.
MEET THE DIRECTOR
Pamela Chitolie has over 20 years' experience in construction, spanning architecture, project management, development monitoring, defence infrastructure and capital business case development.
She founded Property Consultecon Ltd. in 2025 to bring construction rigour and investor discipline to residential property investment, helping clients invest hands-free through structured, data-led execution.
